The Strategic Approach We Took:
Analysed the export market for the past 3 years and the products whose production was growing exponentially, which helped us conclude that India needed a standalone exhibition for Ceramic and Tile Industry
Outcome:
The first CBIS exhibition was done at Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, which was a profitable venture for the IP owners from the 1st year itself. It saw a participation of close to 95 International buyers and 3000 domestic buyers, which resulted in sales for the exhibitor companies. The entry was chargeable at 2k per person to keep it premium
